Policies

As we have no on-site office we ask that you communicate your arrival time with us at least one day prior to your reservation date. That way we can prepare your cabin with the essentials for the number of expected guests.

Our rental cabins are on a large piece of estate property and within walking distance to the main grocery store and popular restaurants.

We do not offer daily housekeeping but will certainly try to accommodate any requests our guest have.

Kernville is your one-stop place to come and play, shop, dine, or participate in any one or more of the numerous activities offered by our local sports professionals. Rafting, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, paddle boards and more are available by some of the best professionals in their fields.

Check-in is 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice and additional charges may apply.

Rates are per room, per night for up to 7 people. Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due 10 days prior to your arrival date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

To cancel a reservation, please call us 10 full days prior to your reservation date. Cancellations made up to 10 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a 100% charge for the price of the reservation. If we are able to re-book your reserved cabin then you will receive a refund minus the difference between the reserved amount and the new reservation cost.

We do not cancel reservations due to weather or road conditions as both of these events are beyond our control.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded.
